Tokyo MINIBUS Hire - For Business and Sightseeing -

"SAWAYA" is a bus company based in Tokyo offering chartered bus services (Certified by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport). We operate mainly 12-seat minibuses by advance reservation only, and help you enjoy comfortable business and sightseeing trips with various services such as transportation to and from the airport.

Size of a MINIBUS

For 12 people at maximum (About 5 to 9 people are recommended if you have a lot of baggage)

   Narita International Airport - Tokyo Area (One way)
      ¥30,000 ~ ¥33,000 (Expressway tolls included)
   Haneda Airport - Tokyo Area (One way)
      ¥15,000 ~ ¥16,000 (Expressway tolls included)

Trip Examples
   4Hours: ¥25,000 ~ - Tokyo half day sightseeing is possible.
   6Hours: ¥35,000 ~ - Tokyo / Yokohama sightseeing is possible.
   8Hours: ¥45,000 ~ - Kamakura / Enoshima sightseeing is possible.
  10Hours: ¥53000 ~ - Hakone (Mt. Fuji) sightseeing is possible.

Tour Guide and Escort

We have service to arrange a professional English-speaking tour guide or escort with an additional charge.
Although our drivers have a dictionary with them and can make simple conversation in English, they are not licensed guides. Therefore, it is recommended that you ask for a tour guide if you like to go on a guided tour.

Payment

Please pay the charge to your driver by cash (YEN) on the day of your trip. (Not by plastic money)

Reservation

Please contact us at the E-mail or phone number below in order to make a reservation less than eight weeks in advance. Let us remind you that the reservation clerk is NOT a native speaker of English, and so it would be appreciated if you speak English slowly.

Cancellation of Contract by the Client

Please contact us when you want to cancel your contract. You are at all times entitled to cancel the contract, but must pay SAWAYA a cancellation charge as stipulated below.
If notice of cancellation is received by us 1 day or more days prior to the starting date of the service there will be no charge. If notice of cancellation is received by us prior to the starting date of service, 50% of the fare will be charged. If notice of cancellation is received by us on the day of the service, 100% of the fare charged.
